Unseen Realities

Ellen Freeland longed to be a member of the best physics team in Canada. Her dream came true when she got a job interview with controversial physicist Dr. Zane. He hired her on the spot despite having caught her using his most-prized invention, eyeglasses that can change how we see the world.

In a frenzied attempt to hide the eyeglasses from Dr. Houston, a power-hungry, idea-stealing American physicist, Dr. Zane switches Ellen’s reading glasses with his new invention.

Then Ellen, with the help of her mom, Mary, and Stephen, Dr. Zane’s associate, risk their lives hiding the eyeglasses in a violent cross-border chase as Dr. Houston’s thugs try to steal them.

They quickly find themselves ensnared in a battle that is not only life threatening but the potential end to Ellen’s dream of being a physicist.
