32year old Jordan Smith, cute but too shy to approach a girl, got up one morning only to discover that he had new neighbours; they were three friends, Chloe, Maddie and Danielle. These girls even though they had a little age difference, they did everything together. Jordan said hello to the girls who were yelling and screaming in the neighbourhood in their bathing suits pouring water on each other; they were having some fun doing it. He was so surprised because they neighbourhood was a quiet one and they had not heard that much fun from neighbours in a long time. Jordan had been laid but the girl with whom she was told him that he was a disaster in bed; his girlfriend had left him because he was “boring” as she usually said. He always dressed very formal even when he was at home but as time went by his neighbours changed him and in the process, he fell in love with one of them, Maddie because she was the cutest and she listened when he spoke.
