There are levels in the spirit realms which you cannot access unless you have the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. In Gen 1. The spirit was hovering. In the Old Testament, we have the spirit upon. In the New Testament, we have the spirit within. Rom. 8:11. If the spirit dwells in you, you will experience His fullness. This time, the spirit no longer visits, He simply dwells in you. Since the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was released upon the earth and has remained till this day and will abide till Jesus comes.
