For most of us, life is a day-to-day ‘bump and grind’ existence, with only a minuscule chance of winning some kind fortune and living the fantasy life projected on TV commercials. But hard work has never hurt anyone and a little strain, stress and sweat is really quite healthy. And hard work is the only key to successful living. Without hard work and perseverance you will not become successful. If at first you do not succeed – Try Again. The old saying goes like this, “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, try again”, is good advice indeed. Do not give up, do not quit, but try and try again, until you finally are successful. But our thought pattern also matters.

To join the class of super-achievers, you must think in ways that make you less sensitive to disapproval and rejection of others and in ways that facilitate effective action. Your thoughts should be more focused on the task at hand and they refuse to let your mind drift to unpleasant events of the past. learn to think positive, for you cannot afford anything about a negativity, if you must move on with your life. You must think that failures are an important source of learning and refuse to equate failure with low self-worth.
And do not restrict your thinking by establishing rigid patterns; do not divide others into "winners" and "losers," but accept people for who they are as individuals. Learn to welcome challenges with optimism and without fear. Think constructively and know that your level of thinking determines your level of success.

this is the key to turning mistakes and failures into stepping stones rather than stumbling blocks, and reversing the experiences we go through from negative to positive. But if we take the low road of complaining, sulking and blaming people, it becomes a long-term aggravation that eats like a canker.
