Touch of Evil, Part 1: The Twins, Road to Pripyat is the story of twin girls who have superhuman powers as a result of the nuclear disaster Chernobyl. At a very young age, these girls discover they have extraordinary powers. Orphaned at age five, they're raised by an aunt and uncle and trained by a counselor who sees their unique powers as a way to make good in the world. However, it does not come without opposition. One has a God-fearing and sweet nature, while the other one uses hurt and deceit to her advantage. As they grow up, their paths take them further apart, even though they're constantly encouraged to work together. In the end, they have two separate missions in separate parts of the world.
