Philip K. Dick wrote around 40 novels and 120 short-stories on his typewriters. He created claustrophobic science fiction scenarios, writing about alien invasions, but also artificial intelligence. Doing so, he not only described technical possibilities, but furthermore ethical concerns. Most of his stories featured different layers of reality. As all good science fiction, his stories were less an escape from reality, but the opposite, allowed us a view into a distorted mirror. On the other hand, W. Edwards Deming defined efficient processes and demanded the use of information & theories for the adequate decision making. With this he anticipated Industry 4.0 and the employee as key-factor of the system.

The book analyzes their works and additional interviews regarding business ethics. This includes the adequate implementation and management of Artificial Intelligence, Flying Cars, Chat-Bots, Smart Data, Robotics, Virtual Twins and Swarm Intelligence. Always to keep in mind that the human employees stay the key-value of the corporation.

A unique source for Ethics, Compliance, Governance, GRC, IT, Human Resources or General Management.
