A deadly shipment of drugs is on the way to Detroit from Japan and the residents are unaware of the death sentence coming their way. One lone assassin is sent to the city to destroy the gangsters chain of command and intercept the shipment before it reaches the city. Inside the city a drug addict who goes by the street name Butta is ripping everyone off, smoking everyone's drugs and stealing everything that isn't nailed down. Butta meets his match when he steals from the assassin sent to murder the cartels and is forced to take the killer on a tour of Detroit's underworld. Unfortunately Butta has no choice as the killer has him shackled making him point out all the play makers who can bring the Detroit drug empire tumbling down. At the top of that food chain is the infamous kingpin known only as 51 and it's a race against time to execute his top goons and stop the drugs from reaching the streets. Loads of surprises are in store, because the killer is not what he appears to be and the effects of the drugs from previous shipments threaten to unravel the already fragile situation.
