Rosie's numerous awards include both the Alternative Oscar and Diva awards for solo performer, the DaDa award for performance art, and the People's Cafe Poetry Award in New York. Her debut novel The Palace of Curiosities [HarperCollins, 2013] won the Mslexia novel competition.
