Mystery or secret shopping as it is sometimes known, has grown from strength to strength in recent years. It involves posing a real customer to try a product or service then reporting back on the experience. A company will use this information to measure their customer service and if necessary, improve it.

I’ve been doing this job for around fifteen years now, and still enjoy it as much as I did when I started.
