The Wonderboom Prediction

The Sangoma who lives in amongst the Wonderboom cluster of trees that are over a thousand years old, tells Lulu that she knows she longs for a child of her own. Then she says she is with the wrong man, but that she must not worry, as he will soon go away to be with another woman  The Sangoma also mentions that Lulu will shortly go on a journey, where she will meet another man, who within a year will give her the child she desires.

Lulu is astounded that she should know about her desire for a child, especially since she never mentioned it to her or even spoke to her. This is why she wants to believe her. But being a practical woman she puts the Sangoma's predition aside for a while, until things begin to happen around her, that proves that the Sangoma was right.

For a time, Lulu who had not planned on consulting a Sangoma, is too astounded to move forward. But after she has talked the matter through with a friend, she decides to go with the flow and follow the leads that crop up in her life.
