The Truth about Smoking - and how to STOP.

Isn't it true that most people, when they believe something is hard to do, tend to build up that "something" into a massive mountain of a problem. However when people see the problem for what it is, it never seems as difficult, or simply isn't difficult at all.

For years we've all been told "Smoking is an addiction" and "an addiction is hard to break". No wonder most clients who come to see automatically expect problems with stopping smoking. They expect withdrawal symptoms and simply can't believe that there aren't any with this method.

This book was written whilst I practised in Spain, and had time to put down on paper what happens at each of my Stop Smoking sessions. Not every client had every analogy used, but the purpose of the book is to give you the facts about smoking and WHY it's easy to stop.

For all of my clients who enjoyed a session with me, the first part was all about the facts contained in the book, and the second part was the hypnotherapy session itself. The true is though, that after the first part, most clients could stop on their own as long as their reasons were right. Although this is made clear to each client, nearly all wanted the comfort of a hypnosis session as well, even though, for most, it wasn't necessary. I am a Hypnotherapist after all.....

The book is all about getting the frame of mind right, seeing the "problem" from the right perspective, taking control of the "problem" through understanding, and finally just changing your mind and becoming a Non-Smoker. If you "Get it" you'll be successful, its as simple as that.

So have a think, if you really want to stop, I thoroughly recommend a good Hypnotherapist to make it a simple exercise. However, reading the book will help you make your mind up to be that Non-Smoker if you want to be, and will certainly help in the process if you wish to use the services of a Hypnotherapist.

The final thing to consider is that if you're looking to stop, there will be a point where one morning you'll wake up, as that Non-Smoker. Why not make it tomorrow? I guarentee all the worries about stopping will disappear into nothing, because YOU'VE  DONE IT!!

Make your choice and Go for it!!!
