In the galaxy of Tetraxy, a child is born to Atremis, the virgin daughter of King Christobal, leader of the Septentrional empire. Son of the god Yawe, Fatra is destined to rule over two empires but only, it was decreed, after he has undergone much humiliation and suffering. For ten years, Fatra's life is that of any other childs on the planet of Minerva but then his presence is made known to King Fag, one of the leaders of the other three continents. Fearful of the rumor that Fatra is fated to take over his empire, the king arranges his kidnapping. As he has no son, King Fag adopts Fatra as his own, and trains him to be a great scholar. The palace magician, jealous of Fatra's place in the king's affections, poisons their relationship and thus Fatra is given to King Tubal of Meridional as a goodwill gesture, along with the gift of technology. Tubals intentions are not so pure and so begin Fatras descent into war, slavery, rebellion, infidelity, betrayal and imprisonment. In a story that spans four continents and thirty-five years, Fatra always remains Yawes boy, the son of a god.
