Hasai Aliev is a Professor, Ph.D. and General Director of the Moscow Stress Management Center. For ten years he has been training army psychologists and special task forces sent to hot spots, worked with the personnel who helped to raise the Kursk nuclear submarine, and assisted in the rehabilitation of the victims of the terrorist acts in Kaspiisk, Kizlyar, Essentuki, Moscow, and Beslan, as well as of those who suffered from the forest fires that swept the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the summer 2010.
