In this 154th story in the Baba Indaba’s Children's Stories series, Baba Indaba narrates the Serbian fairy tale about The Tale of Three Wonderful Beggars. Mark the Rich could not stand being around poor people. One evening three beggars knock on his door and ask for some food and shelter. He drives them off but his daughter convinces him to allow them to stay. But these are not ordinary beggars! They are overheard talking amongst themselves about the peasant Ivan who lives in the next village. His wife had just given birth to his seventh son. They say that they will make it so that the seventh son, named Vassily, will inherit all of Mark the Rich’s fortune. Mark finds out and things start to happen.…….
