Princess Alexa wants nothing more than to protect her country and its people, but before she can do that she has to seek protection from her pursuers by marrying the sultan of Zangrar. Just when she thinks she’s close to her goal, a bodyguard named Karim comes to escort her to Zangrar. Karim wants what’s best for Zangrar, and he’s heard rumors that Alexa is a “rebel princess.” He doesn’t believe she’s fit to be the sultan’s wife.
