The Seed of the Guardians

The Seed of the Guardians is the story of a highly advanced race of beings from the inner arm of the galaxy that had developed a long life span and submitted to mental control to weed out their violent emotions. The plan worked and they spread their non-violent philosophy thru their section of the galaxy, over-seeing the other peoples they came in contact with. They were known as the Guardians. They became so passive that when they came in contact with a race of beings that they could not control, they were unable to defend themselves or the races they protected. They came up with a plan to send one of their ships to the next arm of the galaxy and attempt to plant the seeds of their long life and controlled passions in another race that could still fight if need be.
