One of the earliest cuneiform symbols for woman, an inverted triangle with central cleft, also meant giver of life. Dan Brown notes in The Da Vinci Code, this symbol is called "the chalice". Anthropologists, locked into the sexual paradigm of procreation and or pleasure, automatically assume childbirth. This novel shows the symbol may also represent a giver of spiritual or psychic life as well; a form of magic to which we all have access.
Too many limit their enjoyment of sexual congress out of cultural misdirection, leading this writer to believe sexual misinformation and repression is probably the root cause of mankind’s social ills. Links on this website to blogs and radio programs will give you a great deal of information and insight as to the origin and reasoning for this misdirection. This site’s links and the novel only give scientific and historic fact, with occasional stated educated guesses or speculation.

The novel is layered, appealing to many types of readers. The erotica is tasteful, but a significant part of the romance. You may enjoy the mystery embedded in the story or the character development as the magical nature of the characters increases.

With that in mind, The Sacred Female is steamy! It is a romance. It is a mystery! Best of all, it shows how the power of sexual love works in the lives of Richard and Jeanne.

Richard, an engineer, and Jeanne, a boutique owner, bump heads in the mall, leading into a super hot romance. An incident at work causes Richard to quit abruptly. Strangely, a new and better job comes to him, while his love-awakened intuition, through his intimacy with Jeanne, protects him from involvement in a dangerous criminal enterprise.

The Sacred Female explains some and explores many sexual responses beyond orgasm, once thought to be in the realm of fantasy, each of them contributing to the positive changes in the lives of Richard and Jeanne. These sexual responses include: female ejaculation--mentioned in the Bible, but supressed for the last 300 years or so; orgasmic luminescence, a glow; and forms of transcendent sex, without formal tantra! It is The Birds and Bees: Book II, wrapped into a page-turning story!
