Casey hates Tripp. He's arrogant, antagonistic, and Casey finds him increasingly irresistible. When Tripp takes a starring role in his dreams, Casey is aroused and saddened, believing it can never be more. But a fight between the two young men could change everything when Casey learns Tripp might not be as cold as he appears. Will their violent chemistry fan the flame of their desire or leave them both cold?
EXCERPT
Casey walked into to his dorm room. His shirt was soaked through with sweat. Ten miles on the treadmill had exhausted him, but it did little to clear his head. He hoped a long shower would do what the mileage hadn't and give him some perspective. He caught himself in the mirror as he was undressing and stopped to examine his reflection. He certainly wasn't terrible looking. He had a well muscled body and deep tan courtesy of years of soccer, and genetics had blessed him a mop of golden hair and dark brown eyes. But Casey felt clumsy and low-class compared to Tripp and his friends. He had none of their confidence or easy grace. He sighed, took one last look, and headed to the shower.
Casey leaned into the hot water and let his mind wander. The truth was, he enjoyed feeling Tripp's eyes on his body even if there was no heat behind that ice-blue gaze. Those eyes, along with the rest of Tripp's slender silhouette, had been showing up in Casey's dreams with more and more frequency. At the beginning they had been fun, purely sexual. Casey woke from them in a sweat, with his erection straining against his boxers.
But lately the dreams had turned into something more. In the dreams Casey now felt something for Tripp he wasn't quite comfortable with, and it was bleeding over into his waking life. He'd started picking fights with Tripp. He hated the anger and disgust he saw in Tripp's eyes, but at least Tripp was looking at him. In three years of college Casey had rarely seen Tripp touch anyone and he certainly never dated. Maybe none of the girls here were good enough for him, he thought. Maybe no one was. Arrogant bastard.
