The Pikeman's Cottage Experience

Recently divorced and moved from London, Jenny had searched long and hard for the perfect place and had found it. Little did she know that fate had played a hand in her fresh start in life, how could she have possibly known she was distantly related to one of the hundreds of years old residents that still occupied the cottage?
She discovers deception, deceit, corruption, bigotry and more, involving also the church, and the villagers still hanging on to feelings and emotions from the Civil War, their ancestors having been caught up in bloody the Catholic/Protestant conflict. Modern day affected then by distant past and in ways it could easy drive a normal person insane.
