The Ogre's Fairly Grotty is an illustrated Children's Christmas book with a slightly alternative theme to the norm, published in aid of Mill Ford School for children with special needs, Plymouth, England, it tells the story of Ogre the ogre who worries that naughty children might miss out at Christmas. After all, Santa only visits children that have been good. So with his friend Troll and Vampira, and with a little help from the Wizard, he builds his own grotto, though this turns out more grotty than grotty. After this he sets out to deliver presents, but using a different route to Santa climbing down the chimney.
A book that should certainly appeal to children's humour and love of Eeuuch!
