Riveting, historically-accurate novels about the founding of the American colonies.  Five books in one: Roanoke, the Lost Colony; Jamestown; Hartford, Rehoboth, and *Charles Towne.  *

ROANOKE, THE LOST COLONY:In 1587, a group of would-be colonists set sail from England and later landed on Roanoke Island, now part of North Carolina's Outer Banks. Their ship returned to England and the settlers were never heard from again. This is the story, based on legendary and historical information, of what might have happened to them.

Jocelyn White, a newlywed married to Thomas Coleman, is reluctant to leave her home in England for the wild shores of the New World. The journey is fraught with danger, but her dependence on God and God's providence carry her safely through.

JAMESTOWN: Gilda, Fallon, Noshi
Three children, the sole survivors of the Roanoke massacre. Fallon, the oldest, made a solemn pledge to protect his younger charges at all costs. But before long they are torn apart; Fallon is sentenced to death, saved at the last moment and sent to England; Noshi is sold as a slave; and Gilda is claimed by her cousin, Pocahontas.

But Fallon has not forgotten Noshi or Gilda. And so he overcomes all odds to return to America and fulfill his pledge to his murdered parents. But what awaits him is far more treacherous than he dreamed, and those he seeks are far more changed than he could have imagined.

HARTFORD: Daniel hated his brother. He knew it was wrong; knew his parents would be grieved if they discovered what was in his heart. But he had his fill of living in Taregan's shadow . . . Taregan the bold, the athletic, the courageous. How Daniel despised him! His only hope was to somehow escape Taregan and the life he'd always known.

Then British soldiers arrive, bringing with them the perfect opportunity, which Daniel accepts . . . never dreaming his choices will lead them all into danger, betrayal, and the greatest trial they have ever faced.

REHOBOTH: A brother and sister search for each other after being separated by an Indian prince, King Phillip, and his war. The adventures of the keepers of the ring continue . . .

CHARLES TOWNE:  Concluding the Keepers of the Ring series, CHARLES TOWNE follows the exploration and colonization of America as Rachelle Bailie seeks to find her father, the elusive Mojag Bailie.
