Where do you start looking for a serial killer who's choosing victims by the first letter of their first name? Now what would you do if all of those letters spell out your first, middle and last name?

After a case goes cold in Saratoga Springs, New York, true crime author, Dusky Anne Wild travels to The New Scotland Yard in London England. She along with Detective James Aarons search for a serial killer who's poisoning patrons in the local pub scene. But Dusky soon realizes that the case in England and back home are the same killer. And she's in the center of it all.
