An unexpected guest comes to town to interview the residents of Chokecherry Draw about the unfortunate disappearance of a beloved town member just a year ago. The town folk are only too happy to ply their guest with drinks and cookies and information as he puts it all together. He just may be able to set all to rights as well.
First published in Lynx Eye literary magazine in 2002 under the title "Touch" by Vicky Holt, Incident has been revitalized and updated for the digital age. This short story is reminiscent of the Twilight Zone vignettes of yesteryear.
