Charles Montgomery Skinner (1852-1907) was an American writer who published myths and legends collection books. His dream was to make American folklore heritage more glorious. Skinner worked in a wide range of genres, he worked as a journalist and a playwright. “The Hundredth Skull” is a short story by Charles Skinner about a trapper, Bill Quick, who lived in the town named Ohio. After an evening hunt he found his own aged father at home bleeding in blood on the floor. His mind instantly became ferocious and all he was dreaming of was to find the murderer and to revenge.
