A unique spin on the much overdone niche of personal development and personal achievement. Here is an attempt to get straight to the point with some good material, and I also include some exercises involving goal setting worksheets.

In part one I attempt to pinpoint a few negative traits (which we all have, myself included), then describe an exercise to easily apply positive change. The result is positive change on a scale as big as YOU want to make it.

In part two I describe the importance of setting BIG goals, and learning to actually implement them in your own life, with the second exercise called "lifegoals."

Here is a small clip from the book:

" You on the other hand are NOT one of those people. You are taking control over your endeavors, ... Shall we move on to part two? That’s where the good stuff is anyway, so here we go.

PART 2
Positive Change

One of the most valuable and most important things that you can possibly do or learn is to view yourself as a confident, capable and strong individual. I am extremely serious about that one single point.

If you get nothing else from this, I want you to get, grasp, understand, and implement that idea into your head and your heart. Chew on that concept daily, and find out what it means to you and how you are going to implement your new goals, when viewed through the eyes of a strong, extremely capable person!"

Table of Contents:

Introduction
Part 1 Identifying Problem Areas
Laziness
Fear
Selfishness
Pessimism
Part 2 Positive Change
1st Exercise: Positive Change
2nd Exercise: Lifegoals
Expected Problems When Achieving Goals
Conclusion

I truly hope you enjoy, but more than that I hope this can aid in the betterment of those all around the world.

Thank you,
Carey Herbert
