Russell Baker had a job he had always wanted. After serving as a patrol officer in Cobb County, Georgia he worked his way to being one of the lead detectives on the force. And, while on a fishing trip to Bozeman, Montana he met Sarah. Although they had never met before, Sarah was from his home town and was there with her father to go fishing, also. So, standing in a fly fishing shop in Bozeman, it was love at first sight.

Russell Baker was a happy man with a job he loved and a beautiful wife, Sarah. They had a nice home and enjoyed fly fishing together. But, when they learned that Sarah was seriously ill and that she was in a fight for her life that she does not win, his world came to an end.

Russ lost the love of his life and the job he loved. To try and find a new beginning, he returned to the place where life was full of hope. Russell travels to Bozeman, Montana where he becomes a fishing guide on the Madison River. When he discovers a murder victim on the river, he is pulled back into police work. He encounters drug dealers, crooked cops, and murderers. He meets the older Miriam and the beautiful Nancy.

He finds the murderer........or the murderer finds him, with deadly consequences,

**and, he finds himself.  **
