The City Under the Ice

Tobias Spencer wanted only to find his parents' murderers, bring back his stolen horses and continue to bring his father's dream of a racing empire to life. He didn't plan on becoming a pawn in the war between the Borderlanders and the Emperor of the Newlands and he certainly didn't expect to get cursed by his great-grandfather into a creature that could only survive by drinking blood. Yet, it all happened and he was forced to run from his family home onto the Glacier and certain death with a silver arrow in his back. But, he didn't die from the wound, or blood loss, from the silver or the cold. He didn't die when something picked him up and carried him under the ice into a strange modern city that shouldn't exist but did. He survived all that only to meet up with what hunted him out on the ice.
