"It's been four years since Nyerere Lewis has donned the uniform and the mantle of The Black Fist.  He continues to watch over and protect his beloved hometown of New Washington City, and combat against the influence of the powers-that-be/PTB Unlimited, and battle against their agents of The System.

Realizing that he can't fight them off alone, with the help of Det.
