The Call of the Moon: The Calling

by David Haight

Gavin McKay is a seventeen-year-old boy growing up in an old mining town. Not the most popular or athletically gifted, he is subject to the grind of a small town high school. He has but one friend, Amelia, who helps him stumble through the turmoil of being a senior student.

One fateful night, under the light of a full moon, Gavin is attacked by a large wolf-like creature and left for dead.

Although he survived the encounter, Gavin’s fight for survival has only just begun.
