Key West, Florida is hosting its annual “Hemingway Days Festival” and this year, the festival has barely begun when a dead body is discovered in what appears to be a re-creation from one of Ernest Hemingway’s most popular stories. In addition to the murder, a theft of a valuable treasure from the local museum has occurred. As if these two events weren’t problems enough for the annual festival, someone has begun killing off Hemingway look-alike contestants and leaving mysterious quotes at the death scenes. Johnny Zen and Jessica Sellars are caught up in a deadly game of cat and mouse to stop a ruthless killer before he strikes again. Fate deals a deadly hand, leaving Johnny and Jessica in the wake of a sinister plot that no one sees coming. Revenge is a dish best served cold, and this time, for Johnny and Jessica, it’s personal.
