This book begins by tracing the life story of Telford Georges from the childhood years in Dominica, through the years of practice in Trinidad, followed by the Tanzania and Zimbabwe years, and culminating in The Bahamas period. Transcribed conversations with Telford are included, in which he gives the reader many fascinating insights into the judicial thought processes, and expresses his views on a number of controversial issues.

Albert Fiadjoe, LLB., LLM, PhD, is Professor of Public Law at the University of the West Indies and a former Dean of Law. Gilbert Kodilinye, MA (Oxon), LLM (Lond), Barrister, is Professor of Property Law at the University of the West Indies, Barbados. Joyce Cole Georges, BSc, who assisted with the production of the book, is a former lecturer in Sociology at the University of the West Indies as well as the College of The Bahamas.
