Tarr & Feathers is a fantasy fable written with animation in mind; depicting 3 days in the life of a community based in and around a town called Tarr facing an imminent attack by an outside force, suffering an onslaught created by their own government who neglected to keep their end of a bargain.

Adjacent to Tarr sprawls an ancient forest, where legend has it a Golden eagle patrols the sky ready and willing to aide any bird in distress, plagued by the tyrant of a murder.
A retired gardener called George, reluctant in the past to let his lovelies out of his sight is cagouled in to setting his homing pigeons free from the nearby hills, before attempting to find a solution to this impending attack with his old cantankerous boss and friendly neighbour Potter.

This story follows these two old codgers on their quest to find away of helping their town folk as well as themselves to face this impending attack, combined with the unfolding threat that faces the golden eagle via his old adversary in the adjacent forest.
