One of the struggles that the author had was to articulate the new definition of TIME to a wide audience from any knowledge area. The author was particularly attune to the layperson who just wanted to understand what tIME is and how to use it as a daily routine in making decisions and solving problems at home or in a family business. However, because of the complexity of the concept the author did have to venture into areas of science that "claimed" monopoly over the concept of time, not TIME. "Time" is defined by the author in 3D whereas "time" is the traditional uni-dimensional definition of the concept. In this version, Time was defined as a standard sequence of consequences of change. That was about 30 years before the current definition of TIME was introduced. In between they were many other definitions that fell short of conveying the true meaning of TIME. One had to go well beyond our traditional knowledge areas and practices to discover that TIME is indeed a a System, not a passive sequence. Then the issue was what kind of a system? and a system of what? The journey led the author from that very first version to the current monograph where the definition of TIME is simple and useful to mankind.
