There is no reason why all men cannot think visually as well as sub-vocally. Men are capable of literally hearing their thoughts much in the manner that we feel/hear our thoughts based on sub-vocalization. The nose has potential as another means of internal thought. These capabilities are muted or dulled in just about everyone. We know this from mental aberrations experienced by mental patients. There is no reason to taint audible thought as psychotic in and of itself. Some suggestions that might improve these capabilities are studying children and mental patients with the aim of controlling these psychic states and considering how culture and nutrition might play a role in realizing these gifts of great potential.
