The three states of human consciousness are:
1.Survival (SOS); five sensory, ordinary reality, un-present. Anxiety, martyrhood and neurotic empowerment
2.Ease (SOE); multi-sensory, heighten reality, ably to be present. Unconditional love, purpose and authentic empowerment
3.Essence; self-actualized, enlightened, present. Egolessness, oneness and universal wisdom

State of Ease explores the three state of human consciousness. State of Ease is a workbook and journal that’s meant to give you the insight and tools to achieve a SOE.
