What exactly is “Speaking Life”? Let’s begin with what it’s not. It’s not positive speaking ... it’s not a ‘name it and claim it’ approach to faith.
Rather, speaking life is a natural result of having received by revelation, God’s perspective on a situation. Jesus spoke the language of life all the time.
Like Jesus, once we see something from God’s perspective and hear what He is saying, our own perspective and therefore our words, are radically altered. When we speak life (or speak God’s words) it can cause a paradigm shift in the spiritual atmosphere over circumstances and usher in a kingdom breakthrough.
“Bev distills lessons learned over many years to capture the essence of the ‘speaking life’ concept. She urges us to learn and use the language of life - God’s language - which casts out fear and denial and moves towards faith. I have been personally challenged by this book and have had cause to revisit ingrained ways of thinking, speaking and praying. May it bear adundant fruit in many of us, teaching us to speak the way God would have us speak...” GERARD KELLY, poet, author and speaker.
