There is an old royal school which is believed that the building has been haunted by something trapped between this realm and the deads because of some hidden reasons in the school.

The locals are monetizing the school by selling souvenirs and books about the sighting of that thing and even some magic scrolls and talismans to cast "the bad spirit" away.
According to them, "the bad spirit" often appears unexpectedly asking for help.
