Colin Weber and his friend Trevor Simpson find a way to while away the long and hot summer days behind closed doors when no one is around. Over time they perfect a naughty lifestyle that will last a lifetime or so they think. Weber's sister has been dressing him up longer than he can remember, but he just can't come right and tell his friend that he likes wearing girls clothing and lipstick.
