Mizuki has finally confessed her love for Genkaku. However, the Illusionist Host can’t say the “L” word back no matter how hard he tries! A new adventure gets in the middle of this budding romance when Ranka’s friends mysteriously disappear at the Precious Gem Host Club. Mizuki immediately goes to investigate, but ends up in over her head with Ryoko and Akito, who have joined forces to separate Genkaku and Mizuki. When Genkaku goes to the host club to find Mizuki, Akito slyly gives Genkaku Mizuki’s diary.

The pink and sparkly diary contains an account of how Marie fell in love with her Master Akito while she was a maid at his estate. This places a seed of doubt in Genkaku’s mind that Mizuki doesn’t really love him, but pities him. In order to set Mizuki free, Genkaku decides to close down the Sir Genkaku Host Club and lies to Mizuki saying that he doesn’t love her! Mizuki decides to become a damsel in distress so that Genkaku can rescue her and admit to his feelings for her. The hosts then formulate a plan to save the host club by showing Genkaku how much everyone wants to be a part of his Goth world.
