Since Python never carried a gun, Martin was able to swoop down and wrestle Python to the floor. He wasn't expecting the strength that Python had. It came as a surprise to Martin. But, not as surprising as Python was at the strength this old man had. Python was impressed. Python threw some blows to Martin and Martin threw some punches back, knocking Python on his ass.

“Damn!” Python said as he was wiping the blood from his split lip that Martin had given him. “You’re a strong bastard for an old man.” Martin then lunged forward at Python.

Just as Python had snapped so many necks in his reign as a gang member and a gang leader, Martin took Python’s head in his hands and as he did to the others, he snapped Pythons neck and Python slumped to the floor twitching. Martin watched him writhe and convulse and then die. Martin took great satisfaction in watching the man who orchestrated the kidnapping and command for Emily’s death. Martin wasn't about to let Emily die.
Martin’s belly was already full on the blood he had consumed earlier from the other gang members that he had no desire to consume the blood of Python. He then floated back up to the ceiling and floated back towards the office where Emily was being kept. He floated in front of the door and then knocked.

The door opened and the guard didn't see anyone around. Martin was floating above the guard. The guard was confused and was looking around. He closed the door and walked down the hall as Martin floated above him. When he came upon the body of Python, the man panicked. He drew his gun, but before he could see Martin above him, Martin swooped down and took his head and snapped his neck as he did the others. The lifeless body slumped on top of Python’s.

Martin then went back to the office. The door was open. He had remembered that it was closed when he had left that area to follow the guard. He looked inside and no one was in there. The other guard had seen what happened on the surveillance camera in Python’s office and had quickly taken Emily to another area before Martin had returned.

“Damn it!” Martin said to himself.
