For many people, bladder and urinary tract infections (UTI’s) are a part of life. In fact, over nine million patients visit their local doctor’s office every year due to these painful infections. The only thing that doctors see more often than a bladder infection or UTI is respiratory infections, like a cold.

Of those nine million people, eight million of them are women. Of those women, about 20 percent of them will get another infection within the same year.

Both bladder and urinary tract infections are caused by urinary-tract dwelling bacteria that have spread.

If bladder infections are left untreated, the infection can be spread to the kidneys, and cause even more pain and damage. There is a medical term, cystitis, which is used to define the painful inflammation that is caused by an unattended infection.

It is unfortunate that so many people have to suffer with the pain, burning, and discomfort that a bladder or urinary tract infection has to offer. However, this book will provide the reader with many ways to prevent an infection, and multiple remedies that work when it comes to relieving the pain and symptoms of a bladder or urinary tract infection.
