Litter by Knight
A humorous look at the tragedy of littering. This story takes place in a magical kingdom. The hero, a brave knight damages his armor when his horse trips on a discarded cola can. In anger, he kicked the can as far as he could. He did not dispose of it properly. When he calmed himself, he knew at once he must see a welder to repair the broken armor. The welder in the village said he could not complete the task. The brave knight's armor was made of aluminum, and had to be repaired with a special kind of welder which had not yet been invented. The metal itself was only a theory. The brave knight must travel the kingdom, face the evil knight, and finally dispose the cola can properly to bring the kingdom back to harmony.
Rusty Little Engine
A modern uptake on the Little Engine that could. After he had made his fame by proving to the world the power of positive thinking, the world seemed to forget him and he was left back in the train yard where he had begun. Then one day he heard about the really big trains in Texas. Missing all the fame, he decides to prove himself once again by pulling a coal train by himself. Would he be able to complete the task and prove himself worthy once more?
