Elamar sought to forget the unforgettable. The only alternative was turning towards the horizon and following Destiny. Thus he left, in search of a last ray of lucidity that might save him from his suffering. He finds himself drawn into a war that is not his own, in foreign territory. A remote past overhauls the present, undermining everything in which he believes. Ancient events compromised an entire civilization and Elamar, accused of crimes he did not commit and keeper of forbidden magical power, must pay the consequences. By way of deception his powers shall be stolen from him. He shall be followed, tormented. Emotions which he had forgotten shall besiege his mind: fear, anguish, pain and humility. Used as pretext for a long thought-out revenge scheme, Elamar unleashes the latent madness of the King of Artam. Once again, the Lands of Brena shall experience the horrors which Arkadon and Elja helped to create.
