South Africa, a country rich in many natural resources, has a problem keeping these riches safe. In order to protect their rich supply of gold until the price of gold picks up again, the government decides to build the biggest vault in the world in a most unusual place, a cave called the Elephant's Eye. And the most suitable man to be in charge of this project is William Tyler. He is gifted and tough like well tanned leather. Since he was in special forces and has a Master's degree in Mechanical and Civil engineering, he is a brilliant strategist and has proven it time and again. However, his abilities are about to be tested. Madeline, a doctor specializing in TB research, comes into Tyler's life. However, her research suddenly puts everyone in grave danger. Madeline is being hunted. In order to find out why, Tyler consults his buddy from the Czech Special Forces. The trail leads them to Russia where they have to deal with a biological terrorist and one of the world's most notorious assassins. The world is at risk of being overcome by the biggest plague ever. It has already overrun all developing countries and will spread to all developed countries. The solution lies in Tyler's hands and he must succeed!
