Ben loves Linda, Linda loves science; a partnership that ignites intrigue, sex,and a perilous time travel adventure.
Married in college, Ben, frustrated with Linda’s obsession as a physicist, and their listless marriage, succumbs to a teenager’s advances, causing their divorce. Linda leaves town to work for NASA while secretly developing a machine capable of changing time by controlling sub-atomic particles. Meanwhile, Ben is hired at a racetrack as an identifier of horses before each race, unaware Linda arranged the job.
In time Linda re-establishes a relationship with Ben, but deceives him about foreign agents funding her machine. She double-crosses everyone forcing her and Ben into a life-threatening confrontation. Alone in Linda’s lab, Ben ventures into her machine with bizarre consequences. Later, he befriends a lab monkey who disappeared during one of Linda’s experiments. Within a few days Linda persuades Ben to help activate her invention.
Enraged by Linda’s benefactors Ben heads to confront them. The sexy wife of their boss seduces Ben, but several feverish attempts leads to results she nor Ben could have imagined.
For reasons he didn’t fully comprehend, Ben saved the phone number of a woman he met one night at a bar. Lured by strong instincts he phones and she encourages his visit; when he and the monkey approach the steps of her home reality becomes an illusion.
