Satan in Serenity Gardens

Only months have passed since Mary Shepard and her lively crew at the Preston Smith Funeral Home last found themselves in the middle of a police investigation in Newlenberg, Virginia. When son Joey discovers a homeless man crucified upside down on the cemetery shed with a pentagram on his forehead, Mary and the police wonder if a Satanic cult is loose in their peaceful town. Sister Connie is drawn into the darkness fighting both her own demons of child abuse and the very human demons that hide in the shadows. As more homeless men disappear and the funeral home itself comes under attack, Mary wonders if Satan himself has come to her back door.
