When the Vietnamese move into Melbourne's western suburbs, a gang of neo-Nazi skinheads are incensed. This was their territory. It had to be cleared of these intruders, these Asians. They go on a rampage, brutal and deadly, but the young Vietnamese fight back, wildly, violently. Now the gang must get revenge. Hando, the leader, is proud of his racist sociopathic gang, and a group of mates who join them. A ferocious group he can depend on. They party hard, pumped for action. This was war and they were going to win.

The Vietnamese are tough young workers from the local restaurants and they had had their own war. They despised these stupid skins and they're out for blood. They break into the abandoned factory where the gang hangs out. The skinheads are trapped, they're all dead, but they clamber up onto the factory roof and take off. The Vietnamese regroup.

Hando has picked up a new gang member, a disaffected young woman with her own need for revenge. Gabriel. She's from a wealthy background and while the skinheads look for a new squat, Hando and his mate Davey clash. They both want Gabriel. The consequences are dramatic, horrifying, out of control. And nobody wins.
