Quality of life on Locus has taken a step back. The surviving humans are focused on the pyramid and the secrets they believe it holds. As more people become sick, Seamus races to solve the puzzle and save his family one more time. Book 6 of The Seamus Chronicles.

After relocating the community to the pyramid, the humans have struggled. Crops are not as robust and getting around take more work. Adding to Seamus’ frustration, his ship has been commandeered to explore the planet, a job he considers easy. While the explorers are gone the rest of the community is working to excavate the pyramid and find and entrance. With help from his son and daughter a door is opened to the heart of the pyramid. Inside are simple images open to a range of interpretation. The natives tell them that the pyramid is not what they think it is. Seamus and Sofie work together to unscramble the clues and reveal a truth that will take them off the planet and on to a final place they can truly call home.
