Red Diamond

They are known to a few as Red Diamond. A covert team of mercenaries and assassins formed from a common bond. Individually each one is a deadly operative in his or her own right but together they are all but unstoppable. Whether striking from the shadows or engaging the enemy head on, the outcome remains the same, Red Diamond comes out on top. Even as Red Diamond quietly grows in wealth, stature, and power, things are not as perfect as they seem on the surface. Ulterior motives by several members threatens to cause dissention if ever discovered. Not helping matters is the lack of a team leader. Nick Walker is suppose to be that leader. A prodigy in the art of killing, he survived the assassination that killed his parents ten years ago and found his way back from the darkness that is revenge and rage. Now using the alias of a charming laid-back playboy who trains female government operatives on the side, he’s more concerned with his victories in the bedroom than on the battlefield. That all catches up to him when Red Diamond agrees to take what should be a simple recovery job, retrieving a US Senator’s stolen briefcase. The job becomes complicated when Nick finds himself in possession of a stolen bio-weapon instead. To make matters worse, the thieves of said bio-weapon work for one of the largest security firms in the world and will stop at nothing to get it back. Now in order to keep his friends safe and Red Diamond anonymous, Nick either has to surrender the bio-weapon and risk a potential outbreak in America or become the killer he once was and chance alienating the very friends he is trying to protect. Either way, Nick Walker’s life is never going to be the same.
