Psychosis

Set during the final year of the Bush administration, amidst a heightened sense of global paranoia and insecurity, the story follows Howard Jones, a bloody-minded young man suffering mental illness locked in a battle of wits with the psychiatrist that has the power to decide his liberty. Will they gain some consensus on his sense of reality, or will they simply fight their corners and attempt to outfox each other for their own agendas? The book covers subject matters between science and religion, rationality and spirituality and, ultimately, the nature of reality itself.
